MARKETING EXECUTIVE

​LOCATION: MELAKA RAYA, MELAKA

As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for supporting Marketing Manager in developing pricing strategies, identifying new customers and supporting lead generation efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying new customers, new markets and opportunities.

  • To support Marketing Manager in conceiving and developing efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.

  • Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.

  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.

  • Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services.

  • Organizing events and product exhibitions.

  • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities in content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.

  • Communicates with various advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition.

  • Updating market intelligence and databases, and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.

  • Works with product line units to incorporate marketing needs into overall company planning and strategy.

  • Travels to meet clients and attend conferences, trade shows, industry events, and seminars.

MARKETING MANAGER

​LOCATION: MELAKA RAYA, MELAKA

As a Manager Marketing, you will be responsible for developing pricing strategies, identifying new customers and supporting lead generation efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the company's strategic marketing plans development & marketing communication initiatives.

  • Manage a marketing calendar, collaborate with Product Line Manager to ensure effective execution of the strategic marketing plan.

  • To oversee the development & management of the company's brand and corporate identity.

  • To plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities, ensuring all marketing communication is in line with brand and corporate identity.

  • Review and analyse marketing performance against plans to determine marketing effectiveness, and to propose improvement / corrective actions.

  • To Initiate, oversee and evaluate market research activities, and incorporate the insights into strategic marketing planning and/or marketing strategies adjustment to meet changing market conditions.

  • Work closely with Product Line Manager to keep abreast of market intelligence and ensure market trends and/or concerns are action upon.

  • To manage group marketing budgets and measure marketing effectiveness.

  • To be involved in the policy & procedure development and implementation for marketing department.

  • Preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to Sales Director.


Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent.

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

​LOCATION: MELAKA RAYA, MELAKA

As a Management Trainee, you'll be given the unique opportunity to gain the knowledge and experience required for promotion to management positions under direction of experienced personnel. You will be assigned to the following departments to gain perspective (not in order):-

Marketing:

  • To support Marketing Manager in conceiving and developing efficient and intuitive Marketing strategies.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.

  • Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services.

  • Works with product line units to incorporate marketing needs into overall company planning and strategy.

Supply Chain:

  • Make regular calls to suppliers to inquire about product availability and gather market information.

  • Liaise with suppliers on issues about customer complaints and compensation matters.

  • Handle trade requirements as well as statutory regulations and requirements.

  • Establish and maintain a timely procurement record such as suppliers, products purchased, costs, delivery, product quality or performance and inventories.

  • Response to inquiries from sales team on a timely manner, including inquiries on prices, product availability, requests for samples, product information and materials, etc.

  • Gather information, collect data and conduct analysis for current market trends.

Quality Management:

  • Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures.

  • Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality.

  • Provides other units, responsible for analyzing, defining and improving operating procedures and company processes, with the necessary back-up to implement the Quality System.

  • Liaise with the authorized quality system certification body, such as ISA, GMP+ etc.

Logistics (Trade Documentation):

  • To ensure that each document in the process is generated with maximum accuracy and free of errors.

  • To work out the lead time factors and ensure that all the documents are completed within the timelines.

  • Liaise with M.I.T.I or other authority- application of Certificate of Origin.

  • Coordinate with other departments, suppliers, customers and shipping forwarders for smooth operation flow.

Human Resource:

  • Assisting in recruitment process.

  • Updating job descriptions for all positions regularly.

  • Assisting in employee training programs.

ACCOUNTING EXECUTIVE

​LOCATION: MELAKA RAYA, MELAKA

As an Accounting Executive, you will be responsible for supporting Accounting Manager in developing cost accounting related tasks.

Responsibilities

  • To assist in preparation of accounting related reports (AP, AR, etc).

  • To liaise with suppliers, internal and external auditors on related matters.

  • To handle full set of accounts.

  • Perform accounting data entries. Ensure all entries taken up correctly before the month closing.

  • Coordinate with auditors and tax agents for preparation and statutory submissions.

  • Preparing financial report, which include the company's profit and loss, assets and liability.

  • Ensure that the accounting records and system comply with internal policies, relevant accounting and tax compliance for Malaysia.

  • Enter, updates, and/or retrieves accounting data from ERP system.

  • Ensure all documents are filed accordingly & assist in ad-hoc assignment as and when required.


Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting, LCCI or equivalent.

  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

  • At least one (1) year of working experience in the related field.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

 

PRODUCT LINE MANAGER

​LOCATION: MELAKA RAYA, MELAKA

As a Product Line Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the portfolio of products in our company. This is role that requires strong understanding of the product markets. The role will have product line and business management responsibilities including market opportunity analysis, competitive analysis, customer insights, product development planning, commodity price forecasting and launch management for new products.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall success of the Product Line, which shall be evaluated across achievement on marketing and sales objectives / KPIs / Goals / Targets established.

  • Implementing Strategic Marketing Plan and Strategies in accordance to marketing calendar.

  • Support & Collaborate with Manager, Marketing for strategic marketing plans development.

  • Direct market channels development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories and goals.

  • Review and analyse overall Product Line's sales performance against plans to determine sales programmes effectiveness, and to propose improvement / corrective actions.

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities; analyse growth areas and market gaps to be filled.

  • Work closely with Sales Manager to keep abreast of market intelligence and ensure market trends and/or concerns are action upon.

  • Responsible for New Product Development within the Product Line profile.

  • Direct staffing, training (Product Knowledge) and mentoring performance evaluations.

  • Ensure Production Line's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System being updated on time.

  • Work on key / project customer accounts and maintaining customer relationship.

  • To manage Product Line's overall marketing budget.

  • To be involved in the policy & procedure development and implementation for product Line.

  • Preparation of product line's marketing activity reports and presents to Sales Director.


Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry, International Business, Marketing or equivalent.

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the similar capacity.

  • Good knowledge of oleochemicals or experience in oleochemicals industry will be added advantage.

  • Ability to develop product launch plan for new product and regional plan for existing product.

PRODUCTION / OPERATION SUPERVISOR

​LOCATION: PASIR GUDANG, JOHOR

The Production / Operation Supervisor's primary responsibility is to keep production lines running smoothly and manage the shift as well as all direct staff. The Production / Operation Supervisor must ensure that all products are produced to the specified specifications, target and deadlines are met to achieve the orders, and that all direct staff comply with the company’s health and safety procedures.

A large part of the job is dealing with people, thus leadership, organisation, teamwork attribute and communication skills are all necessities to perform at this job. 

Responsibilities:

  • Directly responsible for leading the operations and overall quality system of production, coordinating with materials procurement, production planning, engineering projects, maintenance and logistics to meet the company objectives.

  • Planning and organising staff shift roster and tasks.

  • Reporting plant or machinery breakdowns to maintenance technicians.

  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety requirements at the factory area.

  • Inventory control.

  • Motivating your team.

  • Producing management reports on performance.

  • Monitoring quality control.

  • Update paperwork such as daily production report, sick leave and ISO documents.

  • Identifying and organising training needs.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma in any field.

  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.

  • At least 5 years of working experience in manufacturing field as supervisor or executive level and above.

ASSISTANT OPERATION MANAGER

​LOCATION: PASIR GUDANG, JOHOR

Responsibilities

  • Directly responsible for leading the operations and overall quality systems in production, materials procurement, production planning, engineering project, maintenance, accounts and logistics to meet the company objectives.

  • Manpower & capacity planning and improve production performance.

  • Development of productivity, safety, quality (ISO9001 & GMP+), cost improvement strategies.

  • Responsible for meeting production efficiency and volume targets.

  • Develop, motivate, coach and guide team members to upgrade their skills and competencies.

  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety requirements at the factory area.

  • To work closely with personnel of raw materials suppliers to ensure consistent and timely supply of resources/utilities and raw materials.


Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least diploma or degree holder in Engineering / Chemistry.

  • At least 5 years working experience in manufacturing field as executive level or above.

OPERATOR

​LOCATION: PASIR GUDANG, JOHOR

Responsibilities

  • Carry out production, inspection, packing and machine operation duties.

  • Carry out process area, non process area and machine cleaning procedure.

  • Carry out / coordinate with machine preventive maintenance or breakdown maintenance.

  • Setup machinery and ensure all materials are readily available.

  • Effectively monitor production equipment.

  • Follow established GMP+B2 rules and regulation.

  • Preform appropriate duties as assigned by management.

  • Monitoring and highlight quality issue.


Requirements
